How to satisfy the quest for 100% natural!
A sort after composition and good enough to earn the title of eco yarn.
The name “Wool-Cot” says it all, made of extra-fine merino wool whose fiber has a fineness of 18 microns (even finer than average!) combined with organic cotton, whose production also has a low environmental impact.
The merino fibers are not twisted but "blown" into a reticular cotton structure that holds them; for this reason the yarn is puffy, soft and very light.
With it's 150 metre lenth from a 50 gram ball, just a few balls of yarn are enough to make a wonderful knit using a 4mm needle, the most used needle ever!
With Woolcot the sweater is natural, enveloping and very light.
