Purchase over $150 for free NZ Urban Delivery (Rural Delivery pay the $5.50 surcharge only)
Shipping to Australia NZ$25.00, but if actual cost is significantly different then I will either refund or request additional payment if required (So far the cheapest package was $16 and the most expensive was $29). NZ GST will be deducted when you choose Australian shipping.
Other International shipping please inquire.
I buy in recycled plastic or compostable courier bags and tissue paper. Any other packaging is re-used packaging from suppliers for Yarn On and Quality Computer Systems.
If you order and I can't supply the quantity required from the same dye lot then I will contact you to discuss options. If required I will cancel the order and provide a refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns please get in touch with us by email within three days of receiving your purchase.
While we do our best to accurately represent the colour of yarn some difference in colour may occur between screens. We are happy to exchange for an alternate colour but the yarn must be returned to us within 14 days of the date printed on the invoice, by tracked postage, and must be returned in its original condition (i.e. not wound into a cake or smoke damaged). In this case all shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. We are not able to exchange/refund custom orders.
If your goods are flawed or damaged let us know within 7 days of receipt. You’ll need to return the damaged goods to us. If possible, we will replace the damaged goods. If this is not possible we will offer either a refund or replacement item of similar value (where possible). All shipping costs for faulty items (return and replacement) will be at our cost.
Please note milling industry standards allow for up to 3 knots/joins per 100g skein so this is not considered to be a fault.
Products being returned/exchange will need to include a note with the reason for the return, customer’s email address and shipping address
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
We will process your order within 2 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery in New Zealand under normal circumstances. Not set up for international delivery yet, but please require if you require this.
