Yarn requirements main colour - 14ply 100g Naturals - 3 balls for sizes 2 and 4 years, 4 balls for sizes 6, 8 and 10 years

Contrast Colour - 8 ply held double - one 50g ball in 3 colours for all sizes

Gauge 15 stitches and 20 rows over 10cm on 6mm needles

Suggested needles for pattern 5mm and 6mm, and 6mm 40cm circular , or 6mm DPNs
