Semilla Melange is DK/Sport weight yarn and is one of our German supplier's most popular yarns in the entire range for good reason. It is  thicker and softer than our Organic Shetland and possesses the typical qualities of a woolen spun yarn. As a woolen spun yarn, Semilla Melange is also very versatile when it comes to needle size. We recently decided to adjust the recommended needle size from 4-5mm to 3.5-4mm, as most people prefer a denser knit fabric. During the transitional period, different colors may have varying needle size recommendations. Don't be confused by this and knit as you prefer!
