Isager Alpaca 3

The reason prices vary for different colours:  Costs keep increasing over time. I only increase the price for the colours just re-stocked.  I don't increase the price over the whole range. 

ISAGER ALPACA 3 is an I-cord spun yarn. 

As with Alpaca 2 it consists of 50% wool and 50% alpaca. 
The yarn is spun in a way that gives it a special soft and airy feel. Used individually it is perfect for a sweater which will be light, although the yarn is thick. The yarn should be knitted on large needles.  Alpaca 3 is knitted on 5mm needles for edges, and on 6mm or 7mm needles for the main.

ECO-colours, which are easily recognized by the brown natural coloured labels contain no dyes and are made using blends of natural alpaca & wool.

Alpaca 3: 5 mm needles = 16 sts / 20 rows
Alpaca 3 + Spinni: 5,5 mm needles = 15 sts / 22 rows
Alpaca 3 + Silk Mohair: 6 mm needles = 12 sts /18 rows
